As someone who's worked in a pub for the past 2 years, I've had issues trying to eat enough to keep my energy. Making sure I get enough veg in my diet is so important to me, especially since I could eat it all day, but also I know how important it is to have a variety of foods in my diet. Today is a low energy day for me so I've just grabbed some snacks to keep me going, as well as a coffee so I can do the things I want to do.
