It was great to visit the site of The Docking Station renovation today!

With my hard hat, hi-vis and boots, I got the chance to look around the development site and see how this amazing project is coming together! It did include a few heights and scaffold climbs.

The new project, “A Digital Future for Medway”, is shaping up to be an incredible space designed to bring the creative and digital businesses of Medway and Kent together.

A huge thank you to Caroline Dennis and William Draffin for the tour and for sharing all the details about this exciting development.

Also, thank you to Steve, Site Manager at Baxall Construction, and his team for taking the time to walk us through the site's developments.

I’m really looking forward to seeing this project come to life, a new digital hub with immersive technology capabilities for creative agencies and businesses to collaborate and grow.

Instagram have just added 5 NEW insights.

These updates give you a much clearer view of how your content is performing and who it’s connecting with.

You can now see which posts are bringing in new followers, which carousel slide people liked the most, and the exact moment someone hit like on your reel.

You’ll also notice that ‘Accounts Reached’ has been replaced with ‘Viewers’, so you know how many people actually watched your content, not just scrolled past it.

Also, you can now see more detail about who’s viewing your posts, including their age, gender, and country.

These updates will help you see what’s working, learn from your results, and create better content going forward.

It’s been a great afternoon at the ZC Social Media Academy at Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa.

Thank you to everyone who attended, such a brilliant group of business owners all ready to learn and take action.

One of the key topics we discussed was how Instagram posts are now appearing on Google search and what this means for your visibility online.

Here are three practical takeaways to help your posts get seen:

→ Use keywords in your captions, the words you use matter. Think about what your audience is searching for and include those terms naturally in your post descriptions.

→ Add text directly onto your Reels and images using the Instagram app. Instagram can read this, and so can Google.

→ Make sure your profile and posts are public, your content needs to be visible in order to appear in search results.
