South East Water have come face to face with Benenden residents at a public meeting aimed at getting their water back to 100%.

After multiple outages this summer, the villagers were very unhappy with the company and were more than willing to hold South East Water to account.

Kent Police has released a new image of a woman as part of a 30-year long investigation into the death of a newborn baby.

The child - who was named 'Baby April' - was found dead in Ashford in 1995, and police have been investigating the case ever since.

A group of fundraisers have set off from Rochester to complete one of Kent's newest pilgrimage routes.

Maidstone Homeless Care says they have seen a SHARP increase in the number of people using their services in the past month alone, saying that services in the county are at capacity.
