Oh my! Let me tell you something…
On Wednesday, we had a fantastic time at the Up Up and Away evening event. 🎈
Once again, I stepped out of my comfort zone but this time, I had the support of my girls. They are truly my fuel.
Gary, the owner of one of the balloon wholesalers in Basildon, asked if I could do a small demo if Gemar UK sponsored me.
Of course, I said YES! Then my impostor syndrome tried to creep in… but this time, I didn’t listen. I had Orianna and Cesca by my side, ready to help me. By the time Mark from Gemar UK contacted me, we were ready! I handled the last-minute ideas, and we decided to Go Big or Go Home and he agreed!
We created a 3D Stitch balloon mural, a giant balloon arch, a palm tree, and a surfboard. During the event, we also did a live demo creating Labubu which Orianna took over (she designed it!) while I did the talking.
I’m just so grateful for the opportunity.
A huge thank you to Gary and the Up Up and Away team, to Mark, Gloria, and the Gemar UK team, and a BIG THANK YOU to Orianna and Francesca, my beautiful girls, for their unconditional support. They worked all day Tuesday and Wednesday to help make it all happen. ❤️
