SISU CARAMEL PECAN BASQUE ~ Unapologetically moreish, we caramelise our pecans long before making our signature caramel. Unlike traditional basques that are mostly baked cheesecake SISU put a twist on this iconic dessert by making the slice 45% basque and topped with our famous light SISU cream and Belgian chocolate ganache 🤎🍂🧡

Let this be your sign to just go for it! Shut out the noise, keep your head down, stay in your crazy lane, and work hard🔥

Never let anyone tell you that you can’t create something that hasn’t been done before🥰

Take it from someone who had a stable job in Aviation and told the world she was going to make cakes out of pancakes 😂 I’ve now worked in the dessert industry for 7 years, building my brand from scratch and never letting the passion die👩🏽‍🍳

I feel so grateful to every single customer who has supported me from day one. Having Kayte join SISU 2 years ago has been incredible, and I know she’ll agree that without you all, there would be no story to tell.

I hope this inspires someone out there to follow their dreams.
