We are knee deep in product development right now and it feels so good to be back testing again and creating 🙌🏼 This is the first time in 6 years we plan to launch a new and improved whole cake range along with some new surprises! After a decade of working in the Aviation sector I am now a stay at home mum of 2 boys and live locally in Gloucestershire. I believe in the value of homemade, crafted, quality baked goods. Not only do they warm the home, but my products will definitely warm the heart. Ever since I was little I have loved pancakes and often wanted an alternative to traditional sponge cake but could never find anything...So I decided to start making my own.

I value fresh ingredients made into my very own well guarded traditional recipe that taste amazing. I like to keep presentation simple and emphasize taste over flash! I offer pancake cakes of various flavors. Check out our feedback in Instagram/Facebook and please get in touch for any questions!
