I was BY the river yesterday and ON the river today!
Wonderful Riverboat Breakfast Cruise hosted by - thank you. Speakers included the lovely Claire Charlton who is just launching her new business and is guided by a pretty special mission and vision. There will be an interview with Claire featured in the next edition of Thames Life (Nov/Dec) -look out for it!

🦆 Had a great evening giving a hand at the fantastic MidasPlus charity quiz night held at The Thames Club • Health Club • Staines-Upon-Thames last night.
If the quiz wasn't enough there was also a raffle, horse racing (and a duck race - of course!). Amazing to see individuals and local businesses - including their headline sponsor Seymours Staines - coming together to support this fantastic hardworking local charity.
