After years of hard work ’s debut album is out today.
For me, making this record was a lesson in veering away from the cinematic and finding beauty in the rough around the edges. I know I may be biased but I truly think Toria is one of the best songwriters I’ve ever come across and to be trusted with her catalogue of songs is both brilliant and daunting in equal measure.
We made this album together during a time clouded in grief and, although at times quite painful, it was a wonderful experience that will forever shape the way I work and think as a producer. I owe a huge thank you to all the musicians, engineers and creatives involved along the way.
Go and give it a listen! I’m really proud of it.
