Jeffrey worked full-time in a busy healthcare setting. I juggled 2 to 3 nursing jobs just to help keep us afloat. And the hardest part? Our kids were growing up… and we were missing it. I felt the guilt of being physically present but emotionally and mentally absent — as a mum, as a wife. I was providing, yes… but not with the one thing that truly mattered: my time. Then life gave us a wake-up call. My beloved father became gravely ill. That painful season changed me. I found myself asking…

“Is this what life is all about? Working ourselves to the bone, while missing the moments that matter most?”

That’s when everything shifted. I started searching for a way to earn without sacrificing my family. A way to create income with impact — and freedom with purpose. I was doing follow-ups for my online business, and wow—the number of excuses I heard! The usual “no time, no money,” and now a new one—“I’ve got a new project to focus on.” It made me wonder… how much time do we really spend working for someone else?

This online business journey has taught me one big thing: our own mindset is what kills most dreams. I still don’t get how people are willing to work 20–40 years for someone else, yet find it “too hard” to work a couple of years for themselves. Instead, they collect excuses like trophies.

If I had waited until I ran out of excuses, I would’ve never started. The truth is—there’s no perfect time.

I get so many inquiries… and most come with a list of excuses:
