Meet our new team member, Olivia 👋

Olivia is currently studying her Master's Degree in Architecture at Sheffield Hallam University. Olivia has joined the EyeSiteView team for her internship and has already been contributing significantly to our live projects.

When we spoke to Olivia, she said "I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to intern at Oasis Studio. It's been an incredible experience working on live projects for EyeSiteView alongside a talented team who have provided invaluable support and guidance. Throughout my time here, I've developed and honed skills that will not only enhance my professional journey but also contribute significantly to my Master's studies.

While there may be a clear south / midland divide on the above, yesterday we took the opportunity to bring the team together for a team building afternoon.

After an exceptionally busy start to the year, it's important to make time to check in with one another, discuss innovative ideas and projects. Afterall, great ideas don't all start in a meeting room!

We are very fortunate to have locations like this on our doorstep 🏔️ 🌳

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to an end, it's crucial to continue prioritising mental well-being in the months ahead.

So, we asked our very own mental health first aider Alicia to provide 1 helpful but impactful change to implement within the workplace. Here's her advice:

"In our daily lives, the language we use plays a crucial role in shaping our mental well-being.

Let's swap 'stressful' with 'challenging', 'failure' with 'learning opportunity', and 'should' to 'choose to'.

By changing our language we can also promote a more positive mindset and encourage problem-solving.

Language matters and this simple shift can make a big difference in how we approach our work and support each other's mental well-being." 💡💚

The Virtual Town Hall event has been live since late March providing the whole community and stakeholders with ample opportunity to learn more about the proposed project in depth and provide their feedback.

Having led from the front with a comprehensive package of omnichannel interactive property marketing packages and platforms for a number of years, our Director, Paul Deakin and Associate Director, Tony Buck have been working closely with our developers and partners to raise the industry standard in property marketing and visualisation.
