Have you seen our October workshop?

Join us on Sunday the 5th of October between 10 and 12 when we will be making paper cut lanterns.
You will work on a practice sheet to learn the basic techniques and get some experience of the tricky elements of this craft, then you'll be ready to cut one or more of our templates which you can then use as a beautiful decorative lantern.

We'll provide all the materials and tools you need and we'll give you hot drinks and biscuits to sustain you while you craft.

£15 for non-members and £12.50 for members.
This session is aimed at adults and accompanied older children (14+) We will be using sharp blades.

Happy Friday!

The charity cards are selling fast at Age UK - Midhurst. The next set of Christmas themed cards will be added to the basket at the weekend.

In the meantime, if you want to stock up with good craft supplies then head to the Resourceful Community Scrapstore CIC I will be there between 10am and 1pm today.

Happy Monday!

Here is a selection of the charity cards, I am making for Age UK. They include autumnal hues through to festive characters and sentiments.

The papers were originally donated to the Resourceful Community Scrapstore CIC so I popped them into a £5 basket and repurposed them . If you live in West Sussex, this community charity is well worth subscribing to because it covers every craft imaginable.

If you would like to stock up on my very reasonably priced cards, then pop into Age UK Midhurst and head to the counter. I regularly top up the basket to the side of the till.

This is one of my favourite ways to up-cycle a frame 🖼️ ♻️

We can't quite get over how cute this framed shadow box project is by DT member Elisabeth.

Using the scene pages from our Amongst the Hedgerow 12x12 paper pad, Elisabeth has created this adorable scene full of all the whimsical animals going about their day. Supported by the ephemera and 3D Decoupage sets, this truely would make an exceptional gift.
