20 years of the fantastic Sheelanagig 😃
I'm a fan first, but I've been lucky enough to be 1st-call drum dep for at least 18 of those years.

This was a fun and unusual project. The Woodlanders recruited fantastic fiddle player Sam Draper and decided to add him to their already completed and (digitally) released album. We carved out space for him (both sonically and in time) and let him rip! Go and have a listen - it's like he was always there :-) 🎻🎻🎻

I had fun on Saturday pointing 6 microphones at 112 members of the Barnsley Youth Choir.
Their artistic director Matt Wright did a marvellous arrangement for one of the songs on Kate Rusby's forthcoming album, you'll get to hear that fairly soon - news to follow!
