Back in 2013, I was approached by Fiddler’s Lancashire Crisps to design their original Facebook profile and cover images.

Thirteen years later, with a brand-new flavour joining their lineup, they reached out for a fresh visual update.

To help me capture the perfect shots, a box of sample crisps, fresh from the farm, arrived on my doorstep.

Latest Release: The Seven-Arch Bridge
Another wet week provided the perfect excuse to finally finish a piece that’s been waiting in the wings since last autumn. I'm thrilled to introduce the latest addition to my Rivington Collection.

-The History Behind the Print-
Known as the Seven-Arched Bridge (or the African Bridge), this iconic structure was specially commissioned by Lord Leverhulme, inspired by a bridge he fell in love with while travelling in Africa. In its heyday, it served as the grand gateway to the summer houses and the scenic routes climbing up into the terraced gardens.

-The Artistry-
To capture that timeless, vintage-inspired travel poster aesthetic, this illustration is built from 480 individual paths layered across 8 distinct layers.

Celebrating Croston's Newest Venue: The Black Rabbit

To mark the recent opening of The Black Rabbit in Croston, I decided to capture the refurbished old pub in a new building portrait.

Situated in the historic heart of the village, the building perfectly blends traditional charm with subtle, modern updates. To capture this character, I spent time crafting a detailed drawing made up of 850 individual paths across 8 separate layers, giving it a timeless, vintage-inspired finish.

New Work Wednesday:
The Leyland Additions

I've just added two landmark pieces from Leyland to my ongoing Silhouette Collection, highlighting the town's diverse architectural history.

The first features Stephen Charnock's 2006 Foundry Man sculpture on Olympian Way.

The second captures the distinctive mid-century lines of the Bell Tower at St Mary’s Church, designed by Jerzy Faczynski and built in the early 1960s.

Both prints—along with my full collection—are available directly through me or at my retail space inside In The Park, located at the Old Farmhouse in Astley Park.
