A short one an a wet one, but it’s still fun. The loop is just under 3 miles and took us around 2 hours at a relaxed pace with lots of stops for photos.

There’s a steady/easy incline early on, but nothing too demanding. Once you’re up, it levels out and you’re rewarded with wide views across the Forest of Bowland and out towards the coast on a clear day.

The paths are a mix of stone tracks and woodland trails. It can get VERY muddy after rain, especially through the wooded sections, so decent footwear helps. It’s fairly sheltered compared to open moorland walks, which makes it a good option on breezier days.

Suitable for dogs and active kids. Not pushchair friendly.

If you want something short, scenic, and not overly taxing, this Lancashire gem well worth doing.

Lucky enough to be invited to feature film premiere, showing the world what the brand is all about, what they stand for and how much they love what they do!

Great job guys - loved it! Made me well-up 🫶🏼

A really solid walk with a little reward at the top. The route is just over 5 miles and took us around 2.5 hours at a steady pace, including stops to take photos and enjoy the views.

The climb up to the Singing Ringing Tree is fairly steady, but you do feel it in places. Nothing technical, just a bit of effort required. Once you’re up there, the views over Burnley and the surrounding hills are well worth it.

We went around the reservoir first, then up open moorland paths. It feels quite exposed higher up, so it can be windy and cold even on a decent day. Paths are mostly clear but can get muddy after rain, so good footwear is a must.

Not ideal for pushchairs, but fine for reasonably active kids and dogs (just be mindful near the edges and in strong wind at the top).

If you want a walk with a bit of challenge, big views, and a unique landmark at the end, this one’s a great option.

A walk through the countryside isn’t about exercise. It’s space to think, fresh air for your lungs, movement for your body, and quiet for your mind. Sometimes a winding path through the woods is exactly what you need.

Beautiful views from the car park. The walk is about 3 miles long and took us roughly 2 and a half hours. It would normally take about 1 and a half hours, but most of the path was covered in thick ice, so we had to walk though the long grass. Plus we kept stopping to take pictures 😆

Very easy walk (in fair conditions) with a bit of gentle up and down but nothing too taxing. Definitely manageable if you’re reasonably active. Suitable for kids and dogs.

The village itself is car-free, so it feels calm straight away. You walk through a mix of open fields, woodland paths, and past old stone ruins and bridges.
Loads of character and really scenic.

Paths are mostly clear but it can get muddy after rain (hence the ice in sub zero temps), so decent shoes help. Other than that, it’s an easy loop and well signposted.

If you want a short walk that feels peaceful, a bit historic, and doesn’t take up half the day, this one’s well worth doing.
