Sometimes, the problem could be something as simple as using the wrong raising agent.

Baking powder and bicarbonate of soda may look alike, but they are not interchangeable in every recipe!

🔥 THEY SAID THERE’S NO GOOD PALM OIL IN THE UK… BUT WAIT O! 🇬🇧😂
I saw the viral oil-and-water challenge and decided to test the palm oil I’ve been using.
See the result for yourself! 👀🔥 My oil passed the viral challenge — the oil and water separated beautifully.
So maybe there IS good palm oil in the UK… you just need to know the right vendor! 😂🙌🏾
And the best part? This is the same oil I’ve been buying from my trusted vendor. The colour, aroma and taste have always done it for me. ❤️
