Don't cut into the thick woody stems! ✂️ Here is how to harvest home-grown lavender so it comes back thicker and fuller next season:

1️⃣ Time it right: Harvest in the early morning after the dew dries, just as the bottom buds begin to open (that’s when the essential oils are highest!).

2️⃣ Where to cut: Cut the green stem about 2 to 3 inches above the woody base. Leaving green leafy growth ensures next year's crop.

3️⃣ Bundle & Hang: Wrap small bunches with rubber bands (they tighten as the stems shrink) and hang them upside down in a dry, dark, well-ventilated spot for 2–3 weeks.

ഒരു മന്ത്രി രാജിവെക്കുന്നത്…Indian politics-ൽ സാധാരണ സംഭവമല്ല.

പക്ഷേ Dharmendra Pradhan എടുത്ത തീരുമാനംഒരു clear message നൽകുന്നു —“Power എന്നത് position പിടിച്ചു നിൽക്കൽ മാത്രം അല്ല…accountability ഏറ്റെടുക്കലാണ്.”

ഇന്നത്തെ youth ചോദിക്കുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ കാര്യം എന്താണ്?Transparency… responsibility… action.

അത് തന്നെയാണ് ഇവിടെ സംഭവിച്ചത്.

ഒരു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായി.പ്രതിഷേധം ഉണ്ടായി.അതിന് response ആയി — ഒരു minister രാജിവെച്ചു.

ഇത് BJP-യുടെ ഒരു വലിയ strength ആണ്.

കാരണം പല രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളുംcontroversy വന്നാൽ delay ചെയ്യും… deny ചെയ്യും… divert ചെയ്യും.

പക്ഷേ ഇവിടെ action എടുത്തു.

ഇത് ഒരു sacrifice മാത്രമല്ല,ഒരു signal ആണ് —“system individuals-നെക്കാൾ വലിയതാണ്.”

ഇത് ജനങ്ങളിൽ trust build ചെയ്യും.ഇത് future governance-നെ strong ആക്കും.

അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു simple thought:

ഒരു നേതാവ് തന്റെ position വിടാൻ തയ്യാറാണെങ്കിൽ…അത് power കുറയുന്നതിന്റെ അടയാളമല്ല.

അത് power control ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നconfidence ഉള്ളതിന്റെ അടയാളമാണ്.

അതാണ് real leadership.
