Good morning everyone,

My energy has been a little off lately so ive been working on myself behind the scenes. I felt drawn last night to do a Shamanic healing cleanse meditation, it was to remove any negative blocks & help heal. I am not new to meditation but I am new to Shamanic healing.

I saw everything as a beautiful visual dancing around a fire I went to a past life then I was catapulted into the now I remember looking at my wrists & they had all blistered and a lady appeared & started removing the dead skin of my wrists & putting it in her pocket. I knew this was symbolic as it was like all the negativity was leaving my body through my wrists.

Definitely feeling a little lighter this morning, when I did a little Google search it says 👇

Its been a testing year so far energetically alot of us will of been forced into big lifestyle changes aswell as starting again.
