Im not setting any resolutions this year as i learnt along time ago theres no magic wand at the strike of 12 thats going to change everything. The only person who can change what you dont like is yourself. So with that being said, we are having a date day/evening together & a quiet one as i refuse to start the new year on a hangover. Im ready to lock in with my healthy eating & excerise and although I dont drink much im going sober. Im ready for 2026 are you?

Yes do it, do it at all costs. Live is too short to be miserable & holding grudges but most importantly allowing what youve been through change who you are. Be that person, cross oceans, walk that mile do whatever it takes to be a nice person. Our world needs more of us

These past couple of weeks have been a nightmare with my page & restrictions so if ive been a little quiet thats why. Im going to spend a couple of hours this morning visiting you all then im officially going to take a week off all social media for a little Christmas break. Good morning & happy sunday my friends. Our recent full moon has wiped me out this time, also my page keeps disappearing from my menu so been unable to click on it im guessing meta is moving mad again 🙄🤣 im not even stressing about it.

Was thinking about this the other night how proud I am of us all who have mastered this.One thing ive always said is no matter what has happened over my many moons of life, ive always remained kind & big hearted but most importantly ive stayed true to myself. So this is your reminder today to know im proud of you & you should be proud of yourself too.

The picture on the right is of my book chapters been trying to get myself organised as haven't done anything with it since being in my new home. However ive kinda started again but using the parts ive got. Im making a promise to myself that 2026 is going to be the year of completion.

1st of December blessings heading your way. Let's make it a December to Remember. As we go into the last month of 2025 its good practice to have a think about what you want from 2026. This year has been testing for us all in one way or another ultimately to get us all shifted to where we need to be. I dont know about you but this year has certainly broke me in ways I didnt expect, however pain into power springs to mind, just know that you got this what ever your going through. Be kind to yourself.... Why because you matter the most.
