⭐️Good morning everyone⭐️

Ive made the decision to step back from my socials for a little while need to work out where to spend my time & energy. This hasnt been an easy decision mainly because you guys have all been a lifeline through some of my darkest days, just seeing your pages grow & seeing your creations the time and effort you all put into your content and pages I see you all. Some of you have been apart of my community since the beginning over 3 years and from my very first page Pearls of light. I really dont know whats happening with Facebook but im loosing more and more of you as time goes on for the past 6 months ive had to find you all either in comments or from other pages comments and ive been literally spending hours making sure I visit you all because Facebook has been hiding you all. With that being said I need a new plan & a new direction so im solely focusing on my 2 private groups

⭐️ Step into the rainbow created by me helping women to tackle your subconscious around relationships with food and building a healthy relationship with taking care of yourself.

Im still going to keep this page open until I decide my next steps so its not a forever goodbye its just a gentle pause to work out my next steps. My dream is to help people heal, to have those light bulb moments of clarity to share my wisdom & knowledge 🙏 I have plans that ive had for a couple of years now so its time to work out how to implement that again like I was doing on my other page that got taken from me. I was on the brink of being monitized & even recieved my first payment from meta, I had my brand all mapped out with lives, merchandise and content so want to get excited again and let my passion shine through.

Good morning everyone, im experiencing technical difficulties again 😑 had no option to switch to my page all week & still cant manually search anyone.

Part of the reason why I started up this page after Pearls of light went walk about was for you all. It was the interaction seeing what you had all been creating or what you were up too. Im loosing more and more of you as the weeks go by. Literally having to either find you on somebodys else's post or scroll back months on my page & hope your in the comments on one of my old posts.

However im now armed with a laptop so going to try to figure all this out and reset & restart if I can. Just bear with me guys im still around and still trying to figure this out.

Good morning everyone just want to share the "Thing" that ive been working on these past couple of months. Im blessed to be working along side Julia Dorne shes created this beautiful safe space for women and I am part of the admin team. We also have two more fabulous ladies who are the group experts Amy & Sonnie who bring so much to the space. Julia has been working extremely hard behind the scenes to get our guides section packed to the brim full of fantastic helpful topics, pdf files, worksheets, meditations & so much more. I have two featured posts a week, Soulful sunday & Wellness Wednesdays which im absolutely loving creating & sharing content. Our little group is going from strenght to strenght and is truly a blessing for those women who need it. Its so lovely to be able to share my experiences & knowledge to help other women.
