Here at GSM Performance we’ve spent the last few years focusing on constant improvement in 1 area and almost 1 area alone. Customer Service. We understood that with years of product knowledge, it would mean nothing without being able to back it up with great customer service.
The opening of our showroom and expansion into race-wear and safety equipment meant that we were able to heavily invest our time into getting hands on with our products. Learning about the best combinations and what would be best for a range of different driver needs. We’ve used this knowledge and our constantly updated websites to ensure we are able to give detailed quotes, and work hard to match the right product to your needs, therefore improving our customer service.
We’ve then spent our time implementing new systems, listening to customer feedback and are constantly adapting our processes and procedures to provide the best aftercare in the industry. Our small team process each order with care and attention, we have team meetings about all the parts being supplied daily and focus on sourcing all the key brands from the largest distribution hubs in Europe, allowing us to keep delivery lead times to a minimum.

**COVID-19**
We took Covid-19 as one of our biggest learning experiences to date. Our textile industry has been heavily affected. Lead times from manufacturers, production and distribution increased by upto 10-12 weeks. Supply chains failed and customer orders across the industry from all retailers were delayed. This did not stop us from pushing forward, learning, implementing new customer service notifications and updates. We also improved our manufacturing tracking facilities along with our own internal systems. Working from home for 3 months meant we had to adapt our business practices, and we thrived from doing so. With the majority of customers thoroughly understanding the unprecedented global pandemic, we’ve been able to work with or customers to ensure we are always your number 1 choice.
