This weeks clinic list- a huge variety of conditions which is great. A mixture of new patients and follow ups and everyone is making progress in the right direction with their rehab.

48 hours until I depart for the NYC marathon. It’s starting to feel very real…. And in all honest a lack of training is making me worried. I know I can do the distance but it will a mental test in many ways…. 1)digging deep to finish, 2)not having the boys with me to run at various mile spectating points to or be there at the end, 3) being away for more than a night from the boys and lastly, the early start, long wait in the start village are all adding to the apprehension.
Any last minute tips, let me know!!
