✨ It’s Weigh Day Friday ✨

17 days post knee replacement and the results are in... I’ve lost 6lb since last week! 🙌🏼

Only 1lb to go until I’m back to my pre surgery weight. Swelling is finally easing, recovery’s going strong and I’m feeling so positive about what’s ahead.

✨ It’s Weigh Day Friday… 10 days post op ✨

I braved the scales this week and yep, +7lb 😅 With swelling and pain meds doing their thing, I know it’s not fat gain. I’m not stressing it. This is my new starting point as I focus on recovery, physio and healing.
