Life teaches us lessons every day.
I have learnt not to take things for granted.
I have been going stir crazy not being able to go out into the beautiful great outdoors.

From just a simple accident at work that could have been so much more serious I have realised how much the great outdoors plays a huge part in my life.
It’s my mental reset. My escape.

My chance to be close to Mother Nature and the gods and all their glory.

Rehabilitation is going well, my hand and wrist are getting stronger.
As a medic I know how important the correct rehabilitation is.
I shall return soon.
