I am always searching for ways to quiet the noise in my mind. I bought a hand carved Spork by via and was so inspired I thought I would give it a go myself.
The experience was fantastic, just my companion and hook knife, a piece of dead standing birch from my local forest and I was set.
For anyone struggling out there with mental health or if you want to try something new, give wood carving a go. 🤙🏻👊🏻
