I’m not against kids.
I’m against child support being used as a punishment.
My boyfriend already does enough for his baby mama .
He buys clothes.
He shows up when he can.
He loves his child.
But somehow, that’s still not enough.
Now the court wants to take his tax refund.
Threaten him with jail.
Over money that doesn’t even guarantee the child sees him more.
How does locking a man up help a child?
How does draining his finances make him a better father?
If a woman chooses to have a baby,why does the man have to suffer forever?
Before y’all jump me,I didn’t make the baby.
I didn’t sign up for court drama.
I just don’t believe the system is fair.
And yes, I’m going to stand beside my man.

Responsibility turns into punishment when people refuse to comply.👌

My cousin’s baby daddy missed child support for months. Court sent him a warning letter: Pay or face jail time. He laughed and said, “They not really gonna lock me up.”
A week later, she gets a notification: His tax refund was intercepted. Every dollar.
He went CRAZY.
Called her phone nonstop saying she “sent him to jail” and “stole his money.” She said, “I didn’t do anything. The court did.” He said, “That money was for my car and bills.”She said,“Then what was the child support for?”
Now his family is threatening her,
saying she’s “trying to ruin his life.”
But the court says he still owes…
and the next court date mentions actual jail time.
So tell me,Is child support punishment, or responsibility?
