Great news for Lochgelly and hopefully some opportunities for jobs and training for plenty locals too.

Cowdenbeath’s development from the same i3 Programme is coming to the town centre near the Green Sq.

🚀 Big news for Lochgelly and Fife!

We’re delighted to announce the sale of serviced land at The Avenue, Lochgelly, to AIC Heating UK Ltd. This major investment will deliver a £6 million custom-designed facility, including offices, a 22,000 sq ft warehouse, and a new training centre of excellence for the heating industry.

The development will create jobs, support local supply chains, and showcase sustainable technology like air source heat pumps, solar panels, and energy storage systems.

This project is part of Fife Council’s £58m Industrial Innovation Investment Programme (i3), ensuring more serviced land and modern premises are available across the region to attract high-value investment and create opportunities for local people.
