Well, what can I say about this one. Definitely one of the classics! This is super easy to make and as you all know, tastes amazing!

This is the most requested recipe I have recieved, so here it is!

Ingredients:
Margarine/stork
Caster sugar
Eggs (medium)
Vanilla extract
Self raising flour
Icing sugar
Sprinkles

No words can describe how good this cake is!

I suggest making a chocolate ganache for the filling and to cover the cake but you can also use buttercream of course.

Chocolate ganache:
In a saucepan heat 250ml double cream, turn off heat when small bubbles start to form. Add in 500g milk chocolate and let it sit for 5mins. Then stir it all together until it has all melted. Leave to cool. This will be enough to fill and cover the cake.

Ingredients:
Plain flour
Self raising flour
Caster sugar
Brown sugar
Coffee granules
Sour cream (you can use natural yoghurt or creme fraiche instead)
Dark chocolate
Vegetable oil
Block butter
Bicarbonate of soda
Water

The perfect Halloween treat to make with the kids! Straightforward to make and tastes soooo good!

Ingredients:
6 Large Apples
300g Caster sugar
3 Tablespoons of Golden syrup
1.5 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
110ml if Water
Red food colouring (optional)

You will also need either lolly sticks or wooden skewers.

I have used kinder chocolate and beunos along with cookies but this can be changed to whatever chocolate and biscuits you prefer! Just stick to the chocolate and condensed milk ratios!

Ingredients:

250g salted block butter
300g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
400g chocolate chip cookies
1 can of condensed milk
200g kinder bars
6 kinder Buenos

Topping:
200g milk chocolate
2 kinder buenoes

Remember getting served this in the school canteen?! It is so good!!!! Shortcrust pastry with a layer of jam and syrup covered cornflakes on top...YUM! I've had mine with custard ๐Ÿ˜

INGREDIENTS:
Ready to roll shortcrust pastry
Cornflakes
Jam (strawberry or raspberry)
Golden syrup
Butter
Brown sugar

*take your pastry out of the fridge and let come to room temp for 45mins and then work with it immediately

OK, so not an actual chocolate scotch egg because that would be gross! It's chocolate cake/brownie wrapped around your favourite chocolate egg!

Ingredients:
Chocolate cake/cupcakes or brownies (whatever you like, buy them in the shop too if you don't want to make them from scratch)

Vanilla or chocolate buttercream (again, buy this in the shop)

Chocolate eggs (creme egg, oreo egg, lindor egg, reeses egg etc)

Sprinkles or crushed biscuits (I recommend biscoff)

Cheeseaster eggs? ๐Ÿคฃ these are delicious! Easter egg shells filled with a biscuit base and then cheesecake filling on top!

These are super easy to make!

This mixture fills 2 large halves and 2 small halves (so 1 large egg and 1 small egg)

Ingredients:
Biscuits (digestives or biscoff)
Butter
Cream cheese
Icing sugar
Double cream
Vanila extract

Then chocolates and sauces to decorate!

What a great way to use up those extra creme eggs that are lying about after Easter!!! These take 10 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake!!

They ooze out the lovely creme egg centre, to die for!

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate
Plain flour
Eggs
Cocoa powder (to coat moulds)
Caster sugar
Creme eggs

I used small pudding moulds from asda (pack of 4) but you can also use any small moulds or ramekins you already have!
