Back in 1959, when a big supermarket chain moved into town, our founder Jim Hoad had to find a way to stand out. His solution? Create a sausage recipe so good, it could take on the giants, and he’s never looked back. 💪🐷

66 years later, that same recipe is still the heart of every Korker we make. ❤️

Calling all meat eaters we have the section for you filled with Korkers. Korker sausages are a family run business based in Kent, originally starting as a small butchers in 1959. They quickly become successful and to this day remains a family business spanning four generations.

These are not just any sausages they are traditional sausages filled with high quality ingredients and a secret recipe.

Ranging from original to gluten free to honey roast to sage and onion, but if sausages aren’t your thing they also offer pork burgers, Swedish style meatballs and chicken sausages.

⚠️ On Friday, 5th September, our farm will be CLOSING EARLY to the public at 2pm for our Canterbury Oast Trust (COT) Ruby Jubilee Festival celebrations.

The Granary Restaurant will be serving hot food until 1:30pm and will close at 2pm.

We will be hosting a private party for our supported people, their friends and families, and all our amazing volunteers.

👉 Day tickets for Friday 5th September will therefore be REDUCED to reflect the shorter opening times.

Come along for Rhyme & Sign Makaton sessions with Siana, plus animal feeding and petting sessions.

This is a very special opportunity for us to celebrate the 40 years of work we've done as a charity to empower people with learning disabilities.

Our Ruby Jubilee celebrations wouldn't be possible without the generosity of our amazing sponsors:
