Are there any shops that sell fresh methi/fenugreek leaves? We used to get from the local market but they have stopped selling. I’ve rung a few shops and no one stocks it. Thank you.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined our Menshare Listening Group Nature Walk last week to raise funds for Ryan Scopes arranged by Steve Kearney.
We’d also like to give a special thanks to Crawley Town Football Club, who kindly allowed us at the last minute to bring in buckets and card readers, helping us raise even more funds.
We’re delighted to share that we collected around £1,500 for Ryan, who is bravely facing a huge battle after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. This has come as a devastating shock to Ryan and his family.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to read this. If you are able to, please consider donating whatever you can. You’re also welcome to leave a message of support. The funds raised will go towards a care package for Ryan and help alleviate some of the financial and emotional pressures on him and his young family.

Hi, can you please post.

This morning on my dog walk I met a lovely couple with a black cocker spaniel called Frank. At the end of the walk they ran past me carrying the dog in their arms. He had injured his leg. They were taking him to the emergency vet.
I just wanted to say that I hope he is OK. I can't stop thinking about the poor thing.
