Are you ready to begin your Reiki journey?

Join us for a one-day beginner Reiki course on Friday 11th July at the peaceful Ince Benet Retreat Centre, Ince Blundell.
The Reiki attunement ceremony will take place in the private woodland — a beautiful and grounding space to connect with nature and energy.

This gentle and thorough course is the perfect foundation for your first attunement to Reiki.

It’s ideal for complete beginners to energy work, as well as those wishing to refresh their Reiki training.

You’ll learn how to use energy healing to treat yourself and share Reiki with others in a non-professional capacity. If you’re hoping to become a practicing Reiki practitioner, this is the perfect first step.

Included in the course:
⭐ A take-home manual
⭐ Recorded Reiki meditation
⭐ Certificate of completion
⭐ Ongoing support and guidance as you continue your Reiki journey

During the teaching phase, you’ll explore the history of Reiki, how it works, how to give yourself and others a treatment, and practice energy work and meditations.
We’ll then move to a beautiful natural spot for the attunement ceremony, where you’ll be attuned to Reiki energy — connecting you to universal life force energy for life.
The day will close with a Reiki ceremony with sound healing.
