A seasonal spa ritual created to support the body and nervous system through the colder, slower months of winter.

Your experience begins with unhurried access to the spa facilities, including the sauna, steam room and whirlpool bath, allowing the body to warm naturally and gently release tension. During this time, you’ll have the option to enjoy nourishing body scrubs and hydrating skin products, supporting circulation and caring for winter-dry skin.

Following your spa time, you’ll receive a warming back, neck and head massage, with special focus on the scalp and upper body — areas that often hold tension and fatigue during winter. This helps calm the mind, ease headaches, and promote deep relaxation.

The ritual closes with gentle sound healing, allowing soothing frequencies to settle the nervous system and encourage rest and restoration.

You’ll also leave with simple winter wellness tips, including guidance on hydration, rest, and self-care practices to support immunity and wellbeing during the season.

This ritual is about slowing down, staying warm, and feeling held during winter.
