We have taken a look back through our thousands of fantastic memories from over the years and come across this brilliant photo from January 2022 when the boys played 3 games in 3 days with 3 wins.

What a team this was with 1 now at Swansea City Academy and 3 at Bristol Rovers Academy.

We are currently looking for u5’s u6’s & u7’s boys or girls to join our Junior Dragons Play Phase.

These sessions are in addition to your grassroots program and will be packed full of football fun to help develop and enhance new skills.

Training is every Wednesday 6-7pm indoors on 3G, the first 2 sessions are FREE and then £25.00 a month their after.

Here at Dragons Football Academy we are on the lookout for talented players to help strengthen our squads for our 2025/26 season in The JPL Warriors League & The Junior Premier League the UKs biggest and proven league’s for the best players outside of a professional football club academy system.

Already this season 1 of our boys has been signed by Bristol Rovers Academy, 2 of our girls have been signed by Bristol City FC, the girls team have also played against Benfica in the recent Europaths Tournament and later on this year the team have been invited to Holland to take on The National Dutch Girls Team…..

So as you can see it’s exciting times ahead for football and it’s Dragons Football Academy where you need to be.

There is no other club in the area who is able to offer these sorts of opportunities for boys & girls to showcase their skills and develop their game…..

Craig taking on a 15,000ft skydive to raise much-needed funds for Dragons Football Academy – a passionate and hard-working junior football club based in Newport.

We’re proud to support over 165 young players both male and female , from Under 6s to Under 16s. Dragons isn’t just about football – it’s about building confidence, character, and community. We’re committed to developing the young men and women of the future, both on and off the pitch.
