This qualification is suitable for everyone (or anyone) seeking employment in labouring occupations in the construction industry, who is looking to obtain their Labourer's Green Card.

Successful achievement of this Level 1 qualification will demonstrate an individual’s knowledge and understanding of the health and safety requirements of a construction site.

Once you have completed this qualification you are also required to complete the CITB HS&E test to gain your full Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Labourers’ Green Card.

Please be aware that the Employment and Skills Shop in Cwmbran Town Centre will close for the Christmas period on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 4pm and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 11am.

The Torfaen Works office and telephone line will close on Monday 23rd December 2024 at 5pm and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 9am.
