It's festival season! 🎵

One of the first things we always ask about before an edit is music.
But... why's that?

Since the very beginning, we've always been keen to make the edit of our films as satisfying to watch and as impactful as possible. One of the key factors you might only subconsciously notice is how shots cut to the beat of the music. 😎

This takes a lot of time, precision and patience to get right. In some ways it's an art-form in itself to harmonise the tone and feel of a track to what your seeing on screen.

That's why "Can we change the music?"..is a phrase from an video editors nightmares! 😂

Then again... the extent to what the Power of Film can do is not too far off. I love filmmaking as it's an amazing form of storytelling. Every person and business has a story to tell and it's my job to help you do that.

I've stopped asking clients what kind of video they want.
I've started asking...
- How do you want your audience to feel?
- What message do you want to get across?
- How do you want us to tell this story?

Video content has the power to show over tell, I've always believed if you can show the audience... they're more likely to remember and engage with that content, than if you just tell them about something.
