Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit's debut 'A Larum' became something of a beacon for the burgeoning folk scene on it's release and has long been overdue for a vinyl re-issue.

Backed by his band The Sussex Wit, the album's songs were likened to the work of Fairport Convention and Bert Jansch by Rolling Stone. Flynn has been described as "a musical prodigy turned Shakespearean actor, with the soul of a poet," and his songs offer a sweet gentility in an increasingly loud time. Close mic'ed and intimate, Flynn cast his eye over romance, religion and celebrity.

This version faithfully replicates the original's pop-up gatefold sleeve and is pressed on 180g vinyl.

We’re excited to announce that our 3rd album 'Let It Ride’ will be available on vinyl for the first time since 1998.

To make this release extra special, we’ve also put together a limited edition double LP ...featuring the full original album, plus a second record with all 12 B-sides in chronological order from the four singles: Chasing Rainbows, She Left Me On Friday, The Heroes and Devil In Your Shoes.

We’ve worked closely with the label on the masters and artwork to make this a truly authentic reissue, complete with the original artwork.

This one’s for the fans who’ve been asking for it, and so it’s limited edition release and will only be available in this format.

Revisiting these tracks has been a real pleasure….. there are some forgotten gems we can’t wait for you to hear again.
