🔵 Custom sized shelving units for abrasive boxes

🔵 Custom holders for sander motors

Something a bit different but still using existing styles of racks and construction

Really happy how this came together!

Here we have another one that was completed in the last few weeks

First proper solo venture for the apprentice (me!)

Really happy how this turned out aswell

The flat shelving / rack was cut on the CNC but the rest was cut and pocketed together

Swipe to the end to see the previous setup in the old clients old van. Hopefully this one doesn't end up so busy!

It's very important to take what you need to your individual job site but also very important to have robust, well thought out storage also!

This one did heavily borrow from the previous van as the client knew the layout well and how it functioned for him

Just getting caught up with social media and also some admin!

Here we have this VW Crafter we had around a month ago.

It was quite an interesting one as the floor was bent up due to a previous accident but we made it work!

I'm a bit behind on the social media posts!

Here we have a Mk7 Transit that had a fresh Plylining kit with Black Phenolic Floor!

Really clean van and the owner had clearly put a lot of time into making sure the body was rust free!

Due to not having any trims in stock at the time I was able to see the van after it was kitted out! Good to see a van we've worked on in action!

What a transformation! Had this L3 Relay in over the weekend for a ply line fit. Amazing how much of a difference it makes to the look of a van!

✔️ Old Plylining & Floor removed and disposed of
✔️ Vacuum & Clean
✔️ Fresh ply lining fitted
✔️ Black Phenolic Floor & Wheel arch boxes fitted

Spot the difference!

Three Vauxhall Vivaros for Tansley Sealant Solutions!

All kitted out with the same 12mm custom racks to store their boxes of sealant.

All utilized rivet nuts as well as factory threads to bolt into and through the wood. No rubbing or shaking from these!

Not the first time Zack has had racking fitted with us and it hopefully won't be the last! Always happy to see him drop a van off with us and very glad business is booming!

Check this out! A crafter we had in last week for long storage, kit box and a rack. Really happy how it all turned out and looks amazing in black

All edges covered to stop any chipping

Had a Iveco in today for some custom racks

Lots of sturdy storage!

We also do smaller racks for the less endowed vans 😆

Reminded of the parking fine I got when I forgot to pay (by app) at a railway station car park, that I parked in on a regular basis. Went from compliant customer one day to having a disproportionately large penalty the next. When they could have just notified me via the app / phone. Grrrr!

A lovely little ply line job on a box fresh VW T6, fitted at our workshop in Derby for a local (Nottingham based) dealer.

Cut from quality ply and fitted with aluminium trims to finish the door thresholds, this should keep the inside of the van free from scrapes, dents and dings.
