Horrendous day travel wise but Lords was brilliant. Great performance from England with a comfortable win against the West Indies. The catch by Amy Jones was deputed by Mathews but upheld by the umpire following a review.

Tuesday: The Blaze v Yorkshire Women in the Metro One Day Cup tomorrow. Different venue - Chesterfield Cricket Ground.

Weds: Lords in London for the Women’s T20 World Cup - England v West Indies.

Thursday and Friday: Trent Bridge for England v New Zealand Men.

Saturday: The Oval in London on Saturday for the Women’s T20 World Cup - England v New Zealand. My first time at this ground so looking forward to this one.

Sunday: The Rockets v The Foxes at Grace Road in Leicester.

Birmingham delivered! ⚡️ A massive congratulations to Romell Glave, our new UK 100m Champion! Glave clocked a huge PB of 9.98 to take the gold, citing a major shift in his mental game this season. 🥇

Zharnel Hughes took a hard-fought silver in 10.01 and is now turning his full attention to the 200m today. 💨

The track at Birmingham was electric yesterday as Romell Glave delivered a career-defining performance to be crowned the new UK 100m Champion. In a race where the stakes couldn't have been higher, Glave didn't just claim the gold—he smashed his personal best, clocking an incredible 9.98 seconds.
