Everyone’s obsessed with filling tear troughs… until their client’s walking around with chronic puffiness and a blue tinge under the eye.

When filler sits too superficial, it blocks the lymph drainage that clears fluid from under the eyes. The result? Constant swelling, complaints, and dissolves that could’ve been avoided.

This is why I’m so obsessed with anatomy — because if you don’t know what’s under the skin, you’ve got no business putting a needle in it.
