Whilst a relative newbie to the PiGs events, her favourite PiGs memory so far has been this year's FIT Show Afterparty, which we hosted alongside BP, Glass and Glazing Federation and Limited.

We are delighted to announce a series of new events alongside Glazpart Ltd for 2026.

The new event, called “Talking Shop with Glazpartners”, is in conjunction with the five PiGs events across the UK in 2026.

Have you watched the latest episode of Two PiGs in a Pod with the wonderful Samantha Nuckey and Sarah Binns of Window Ware?

Sam and Sarah discuss their careers within the fenestration industry, including joining Window Ware, before a Management Buy Out (MBO) in 2022, which led to them becoming Co-Owners alongside Richard Bryant.

They explain the highs and lows of the MBO, the proudness of being “local people owning a local company” and what the future holds as the celebrate three years since the acquisition, including upcoming investments.

Sam also speaks about being part of PiGs’ ‘Machu PiGchu’ challenge next year, explaining how it came about, nerves and excitement at the trek, and what it means to be fundraising for Harry's Pals Charity.

🗣️ CRASH Appeal 🗣️

You may remember the news earlier in the year when Steve Smith of Carpentry Contractors Ltd responded to our call to assist with a window condition survey and subsequently a fire door for the homelessness charity CRASH Charity and its work with Emmaus Hertfordshire (https://zurl.co/2sFiQ).

Well now, CRASH needs your help again! It is appealing to the glazing industry to help supply, discount or fund windows needed for the refurbishment of The Seaview Project (TSP) in East Sussex.

The charity, which began following the closure of a psychiatric hospital in St Leonards on Sea, has spent nearly four decades supporting vulnerable and marginalised individuals across Hastings, St Leonards, and Rother.

Now, with the purchase of a property in Gresham Way, the organisation is remodelling and extending a five-bedroom property to create a safe and supportive environment where people can begin to rebuild their lives, with additional bedrooms and space for on-site staff.

Exciting news! PiGs (AKA us 🐷) have announced a new Annual Sponsor Package for 2026, designed to provide year-round visibility and enhanced promotional opportunities for companies in the glass and glazing industry.

From 2026, annual sponsors’ logos will be displayed at each PiGs event, marking the first time that sponsor branding will be physically showcased at venues. Sponsors will also receive top billing on the PiGs events webpage and on the Eventbrite booking pages for all 2026 events.

Each annual sponsor will be featured in the first edition of STY News 2026 as a supporter of PiGs, alongside an individual announcement on PiGs’ social media channels.
