Real week of dinners for our family of 5 🍽️✨
This week I shared how we make being a one-dinner household work with a 6, 4 & 1 year old 👀
THIS WEEK WE HAD:
• Monday - Caesar Pasta Salad 🥗
Iceberg lettuce, baby gem lettuce, smoked bacon, Parmesan, Salt & Black Pepper Croutons, Caesar Dressing & bow tie pasta.
• Tuesday - Peri Peri Chicken Legs 🍗
Chicken legs marinated in Peri Peri Marinade, sweet potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika & garlic salt, corn on the cob & sweetcorn.
• Wednesday - Taco Night 🌮

• Thursday - Leftover Quesadillas 🧀
Used up the leftover taco meat and toppings from the night before.
• Friday - Slow Cooked Lamb 🐑
Slow-cooked with fresh rosemary, garlic, pepper, & beef stock. Served with basmati rice, air fryer potato cubes & homemade tzatziki.
For the tzatziki:
🥒 ½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry
🥣 1 cup full-fat yogurt
🍋 squeeze of lemon
🌿 1 tsp dried dill
🧄 ½ clove garlic, minced
✨ ½ tsp sugar & a pinch of salt
As always, Saturday was takeaway night and Sunday was dinner at my parents 😂🤍
