30 day ‘Christmas’ challenge completooooo with a cold dip in a sunny but absolutely freezing Ireland 🤟🌊🏃‍♀️

What a fun but tiring 30 days .. instead of updating the last 2 weeks or whatever that I probably forgot to document half of - this will do 💫 it was personal anyways 😃

A mix of moving my body in different ways every day got me excited for the level up that needs to happen in 2026 and oh I’m so ready!

A huge thank you to every single one of you who donated, brought gifts or simply showed up for our Christmas run 🏃‍♀️ 🎄

Combining a sport / hobby that we all love, with causes that matter feels like the biggest privilege. ❤️

Yes, there’s a weather warning but we’re still showing up.
Because getting a little wet for 30 minutes is nothing compared to the impact we can make for families who need it most. Your skin is waterproof you’ll survive!

HUGE shoutout to the legends at who are offering FREE sessions from 11am-3pm after the run. There’ll be a donation box if you want to throw in a few quid 🙌

The support so far has been unreal. Let’s keep that energy going and SHOW UP tomorrow. 🚀

Week 1 of my personal 30-day challenge: DONE ✅

Plot twist: I completely forgot to document half of it. Good thing I’m a photo-taker or this would just be a black screen. 😌

Starting a 30-day challenge during the busiest week? Bold choice and very on-brand for me LOL. But I STILL showed up. 💫

Key lessons:
- I need to diversify my workouts before I become one with the pavement
-Slowing down and making time for myself is actually part of the challenge, not separate from it

Week 2 is already in progress and im currently 10 days on the run but I promise im documenting and also adding other forms of movements!

Starting from in Ebrington & run kicks off at 9.30am 🏃‍♀️

Our christmas run supports Kinship Care - a wonderful cause helping families caring for children who cannot live with their birth parents, children in need, and elderly people without family support around Christmas.

Toy appeal and donations accepted on the day. Let’s come together to make a difference this Christmas! ✨
