Have you ever wondered why some stories seem to live forever? Why they take on a life of their own as each generation passes them down? Would you like to dig deeper and become the one to UNRAVEL the truth which hides beyond the Urban Legend?
• Submissions due June 15th, you can submit for as many as you'd like, and in the comments you'll find a link with each legend.
• Deadline if accepted is October 1st, 2019. Stories should be 5-10K words, 1st or 3rd person POV, self edited to the best of your ability.
• If accepted you will be notified by email, added to a secret group, and sent your contacts.
• Please email your proposals to [email protected] with a 500-800 word sample of your writing and the end of your story.
• Each Story must standalone with no cliffhanger.
• Please included any of the following if you have them

4 magical stars for THE DEATH RUN by Destiny Hawkins
I couldn't put this down once I started. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is I wanted more. The story seems to begin in the middle, but it will grab and hold your attention the entire time. There isn't much time to get to know the characters, but what you do learn of them is enough to have you choosing sides just to switch them up again when the shocking twists come. I would love to hear more of the back story and absolutely more of what became of the character(s) who may or may not have made it through the death run. I think this would make for a phenomenal Novella or Novel, Destiny could do amazing things with this well thought out plot. But don't get me wrong, it stands wonderful on its own as a short.
