We started making gin and liqueurs seriously about five years ago. We have run gin making workshops and made delicious liqueurs for our customers (and ourselves of course) for over 10 years. Our blackberry liqueur came about after tasting commercial liqueurs and realising we could do better. A Great Taste Award for our first liqueur confirmed that we could! After 12 months developing a way to produce blackberry liqueurs in volumes, with all of the licensing and testing required, we are now ready to share our liqueurs with you. We are starting with blackberry based liqueurs but watch this space for our Marmalade Whiskey, Coffee & Cream, Lemon and Lime and many other liqueurs in development ! Of course our liqueurs are made with no artificial preservatives or colours and the minimum sugars are used to create a deliciously light and fruity drink
