Being off work this week, I felt a little bit low and saw an interview on Sky Sports with this guy. What an amazing guy and it shows that Mental Health is all around us. Actually made me shed a tear 😢 it's the last day of Mental Health Awareness week so give 10 minutes of your time to watch this video.
