New Year’s resolutions for getting fit and more beach time …..

The newly launched Highcliffe Beach parkrun is already proving a huge success in its first few weeks.

Free, weekly, timed 5k run for all ages and abilities.

Every Saturday at 9am

Check out their page for details, registration to run, or info for volunteers to help with organization.

A fantastic atmosphere and great community event 🏃‍♀️
