World Continence Week (16–22 June)

Bladder and continence issues are very common, affecting around 1 in 5 people in the UK that’s an estimated 14 million individuals. This week is about raising awareness, breaking the stigma and helping people access support and practical advice.

Kerry Ewen, Staff Nurse and Susan Dunbar, Specialist Continence Nurse, are at the Ninewells concourse today until 2pm, sharing helpful guidance and advice.

Pop along to speak to the team. If you miss them they’ll also be at Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday 22 June from 10am–1pm.

GO Integrated Discharge Team! 🏅

A group of colleagues from the Integrated Discharge Team recently took part in the Dundee Pretty Muddy 5K in support of Cancer Research UK. It was a fantastic team effort, filled with enthusiasm, teamwork and plenty of mud along the way!

We’re delighted to share that they raised an incredible £2,133 for this important cause. Well done 👏
