My achievement 🤍

I’ve taken a few days to share this because, honestly, I’ve found it really hard.

I’m so incredibly proud to say that I have been named TOP 50 in the Hair & Beauty Awards UK 2026 — and even more incredibly, I placed 14th in the whole of the UK for Mobile Hairdresser of the Year. 🥹🏆✨

To some, it might just be an award… but to me, it means so much more. It represents years of hard work, dedication, long days, late nights, believing in myself and continuing to build something I’m so passionate about.

But there’s one reason I struggled to post this.

The first person I would have called, the first person I would have told, the first person I would have celebrated this with… would have been Ray. ❤️

I’ve sat with this achievement for a few days because sharing something so special without him here has been incredibly difficult. I can almost hear him telling me how proud he is, and I know he would have been absolutely buzzing for me.

So today, I’m choosing to celebrate it — with a very heavy heart, but also with so much gratitude.

I’m so happy to say that I’m back to work and ready to create beautiful hair again! 🤍

I’ll be offering:

🤍 Evening appointments on Mondays & Thursdays from my home studio

I’m really looking forward to getting back behind the chair, catching up with you all and creating beautiful hair. ✨

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience, kindness and understanding while I’ve been away. It has meant more to me than you know. 🤍

Hi, I'm Nadine – the face behind Farquhar Hair and my social media pages🤍

I am a mobile hairdresser who is passionate about helping women feel confident through beautiful, wearable hair. Whether it's a fresh colour, a transformation, or simply maintaining healthy hair, I love helping my wonderful clients look and feel their best.

Outside of hair, I have a love for fashion and putting together stylish, feminine looks. You'll often find me in a pair of jeans, a denim shirt ,heels and once in a while trainers and of course, a lipgloss & sunglasses in hand ❤️

When I'm not with clients, I'm usually spending time with my family, planning new ideas for my business, or finding inspiration in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Taking life not to seriously and making tiktoks of my daily Vibe.
