🚨 A little booking reminder, please ❤️

I just wanted to put this out there as a reminder for everyone booking appointments with RozzyBraids.

If you make a booking but don’t pay the deposit requested to confirm it, your appointment will be cancelled. A booking showing on the system doesn’t necessarily mean the appointment is secured.

As you can see from the screenshot, this is a 6-hour appointment that was booked but the deposit hasn’t been paid and the person didn’t show up.

When someone books a 4+hour appointment and doesn’t confirm or doesn’t show up, that’s a big chunk of my working day that I’ve kept aside for you. It also means I’ve potentially turned away someone else who could have used that slot to get their hair done.

I completely understand that things happen, but I also need to protect my time and my business. ❤️

So going forward, please remember: if the deposit isn’t paid, there will be NO confirmed appointment, whether you DM to book or booked it online yourself.

Please make sure you complete the payment when booking so you don’t lose your slot.

Thank you so much for understanding and for respecting my time. I really appreciate every single one of you who supports RozzyBraids. 🥰❤️
