Things that made me stop and look this week. 🌿

Nothing extraordinary. Just light falling somewhere beautifully, something growing unnoticed, a quiet moment, a familiar face.

I think these are the things I want to remember most.

What made you stop and look this week? 🤍

There is something about a sunset that reminds me that endings can be beautiful too. 🌅

The light changes, the day lets go, and for a moment, everything feels exactly where it belongs.

Under the moon, everything feels a little wilder, a little quieter, a little more alive. 🌙🌿

Some nights, all I need is to step outside and remember that I belong to this world too.

Once upon a summertime…

There were long evenings, warm light, bare feet, and nowhere we needed to be.

Perhaps the best summers are the ones that feel a little like a story. ☀️🌿🤍

I wouldn’t trade this kind of ordinary for anything. 🌿🤍

Summer on a plate. 🌿
Tomatoes slowly roasted, grilled apricots, fresh herbs and a little patience. Sometimes the simplest ingredients become the most beautiful meals.

Nothing better than a forced pause and a difficult question.

I made it.
Yes. But made what?

Lucas Jones writes contemporary poetry that feels alive, restless, uncomfortably honest. Not romantic in the old sense, but deeply human.

A question about success, meaning, and the quiet dangers of building a life that looks complete from the outside, while leaving the essential untouched.

This one lingered. Love is the only way.

I am writing again. After yet another escape.

It seems I spend my life running from writing.
This thing that always exists somewhere between urgency and heaviness. Between the desire to flee from it at all costs, and the deep impossibility of truly living without it.

It calls, and demands that you walk at its pace.
Demanding, it devours your suffering on paper. It absolves you, shelters you, nourishes you, loses you too, sometimes ungrateful in its blessings.

And yet, we return.
As we return to ourselves.
To our mother.
To what made us.

Some places carry the soul of the people who created them.

Free People Spa felt exactly like that.
A place born from Pilar’s dream, her warmth, her vision, her way of bringing women together with softness and generosity.

Beautiful spaces exist everywhere.
But beautiful souls are rare.

This gathering of women was
a moment suspended outside the noise of the world.

Thank you Pilar, for creating something so full of light. ✨
