Hello folks.
Hope you can join me tomorrow (Tuesday 11th August) at midday for the brand new edition of Bills Pick n Mix featuring Forgotten Songs of the 90’s. (Repeated again Thursday 10am)
As if that wasn’t enough, Dunoon Community Radio will be broadcasting live from midday till 4pm on Friday 14th August, and Saturday 15th August, special shows featuring The Doon the Watter Mod Revival Festival taking place in Dunoon.
Victor (the Boss) will be presenting the shows with contributions from myself, David, and of course Ann Marie. Louise and Jenny will be at the main stages chatting to the bands and revellers.
It should be great fun so if you are attending the Mod Revival why not drop in to the Music and Radio Charity Shop and say Hello.

Hello folks.
Hope you can join me at midday on Tuesday 21st July for the latest edition of Bills Pick n Mix featuring Forgotten Songs from the 60’s. This is the first of a Mini Series as over the next couple of weeks I’ll also be doing Forgotten Songs of the 70’s and 80’s.
What is a Forgotten Song ? It’s songs by not necessarily mainstream artists of the decade, which don’t get a lot of airtime.
Why is there a picture of a gentleman gyrating his pectoral muscles? Tune in to find out and can you identify the bands pictured also ? All will be revealed.

I’m co hosting this edition with my lovely wife Mairi to celebrate the forthcoming wedding of our Nephew David to his amazing Bride to be Amanda.
As part of their celebration they have provided the guests with a list of 36 songs, one of which will be their first dance as a married couple. There will be a competition with whoever guessing the first dance correctly winning a prize.
Mairi and I have narrowed our guesses down to today’s playlist and will be grading each song in the hope of finding the winner.
