Having a rough time with pain and fatigue right now, it’s impacting my mental health quite a bit. Fibro has stolen everything from me. Everything. I’m currently grieving my personality, which I recently realised is the latest thing to disappear with this horrible illness. Here’s a picture of my favourite shelf in the house, just because 😉💜💜💜

I’ve had a lovely self care morning, uploaded all my new shirt designs and seamless bird patterns to Redbubble, dyed my hair a crazy sort of grey with blue ends, had a lush soak in the bath with my favourite Badedas bubble bath, felt so relaxed!

Only to discover the oldest cat has puked on my bed and now I have to deal with something I hadn’t saved any spoons for 😞😞😞

The last couple of months have taken it out of me. My mind is exhausted from all the learning, I’m feeling overwhelmed by all the ideas and my body is aching from all the tension.

I’m fighting pain and fatigue every single day to try and provide a good life for my family. Some days come easy, most seem insurmountable.

Despite this, I keep showing up. Every. Single. Day.
