Tune Army Records have moved to a new home right beside North Shields Fish Quay (to the left of the fisherman mural).

It’s a fantastic little shop, jam packed full with new & used records of all genres, T-shirts, books, CDs & cassettes.

On Friday 3 July, Newcastle Cathedral welcomes back Northern Proud Voices for their fourth annual Cathedral concert!

This event anticipates Newcastle Pride & marks the start of a summer of music, followed by the Hadrian’s Choirs Festival 2026: Newcastle Cathedral, Carlisle Cathedral & Hexham Abbey concert the next evening.

⭐️This is an amazing opportunity by Tyne Theatre & Opera House for a creative young person 18 - 25 looking to join the arts industry as a production manager, project co-ordinator or similar.

Following the announcement of Tyne Theatre Productions’ 2027 amateur dramatic production of Annie, they are offering the position of Voluntary U25 Production Co-ordinator 2026-27!!
Annie will be performed at Tyne Theatre & Opera House next year.

⭐️The role is designed as a stepping-stone to industry entry for young/new creatives.
