I made the video because I know I'm not alone in not giving myself time to rest & recharge 🔋 so wanted to give everyone, as well as myself, a reminder that it's okay to stop and smell the roses sometimes.🌹

I loveeeee what I do and get to do in life 😍. So much so that I feel guilty for taking a break or relaxing sometimes... but that's all the more reason to do so, and why I forced myself out for a mooch tonight! 🙌
