We're into April now for my Hen Party recap, and this was a visit to my second MOST LOCAL venue, Abbey House, owned by which is Audley End, Saffron Walden.

I've visited this AWESOME property quite a few times over the years... First time was 2018! I've done Hen Parties and Corporate Events.

Pro tip; Summer time with the Pool and Pool House + Hot Tub - now that's Party Vibes!

That said, the house itself is pretty special as well. Nikki Hired me for 20 Hens and this set up is in the Dining Room!

The HURRICANE is a great easy Cocktail. In it's basic form, it's simply Rum, Passion Fruit and Citrus. So I've used that base to create this BANGING Riff featuring Blood Orange.
