The team have tried extremely hard to bring Wight Animal Bedding back to the business as we once had before and also worked hard on gaining new customers however unfortunately against all our best efforts we couldn't make that happen and we are now regrettably having to close.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and support - we have appreciated every single one of you!

Can bedding benefit the health of your horses hooves?
The average horse hoof is generally quite resistant to disease, however there are some common aliments that effect the hoof such as abscesses, hoof cracks, bruising, thrush, and laminitis.
When a horse is spending time in the stables, the type of bedding to use is always a big consideration especially if the horse is spending large parts of the day standing on it.
Wight Animal Bedding is super absorbent so will keep the wet and ammonia away from the hooves whilst providing excellent support, particularly for the frog and pedal bone.
